BOSS' LSR HYBRID high precision helical gear racks.  With minimal pitch error over the entire travel length the high precision parallelism allows for drives with extremely low backlash without the need for preloading.

The LSR's CO2 laser tube needs to be water cooled via a closed circuit water cooling system.  This keeps both the power output stable and helps maintain the life of the tube.  For this reason we include our Industrial Active chiller for servicing laser tubes between 100W-150 watts.

Premium focal lens options from American Photonics. Made in the USA these meniscus focal lenses will enable high quality engraving and deeper cutting for your laser engraving or cutting application.  Unlike cheaper plano-convex lenses with a flat side our meniscus focal lenses yield a smaller focused spot with a 14% improved beam transmission to the material. 

Versatile and adjustable T-Track material clamp down holds material to platform during milling.

Various laser to PC connectivity choices - USB, Ethernet, or WiFI (router included).

All-In-One laser head improves on the old side mounted probe with a new "All-In-One" built in Auto Focus function.  Now the head can automatically calibrate the distance between the material and laser for optimum focus.  Includes air-assist with air stream output for keeping the cutting or engraving area clean from debris and smoke.
